This role is ideal for nurses who are seeking additional work in a procedural outpatient setting - Private Practice The role:

REGISTERED NURSE – PART TIME OPPORTUNITY

Commitment: 3 days per week - Thursdays essential, Monday and Tuesday preferred (open to discuss hours)

About the practice

· Established specialist surgical practice

· Small team (reception, nursing, surgeons, doctors)

· High patient volume with strong reputation for clinical care

· Focus on efficient empathic patient experience and professional standards

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Urodynamics

- Set up and prepare urodynamic equipment
- Assist during procedures and monitor patient comfort
- Accurately record and document results
- Provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients

Flexible Cystoscopy

- Prepare procedure room, scopes, and sterile equipment
- Assist the specialist during procedures
- Maintain infection control and equipment handling standards
- Support patients before and after procedures

Results & Documentation

- Assist with reading, recording, and organising investigation results
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation




- Communicate relevant information to the specialist

Patient Care & Communication

- Inform patients about procedures and results (as directed)
- Provide supportive, professional patient care
- Maintain confidentiality and patient dignity

General Clinical Duties

- Maintain a clean, organised clinical environment
- Ensure stock and equipment readiness
- Adhere to hospital and private practice policies

Previous experience in Urology desired

Location: North Sydney

Annual Salary based on: $50-65 per hour (depending on experience) plus super contribution To apply
