- Deliver holistic, evidence-based nursing care to sick and premature newborns in a supportive and nurturing setting.
- Work alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team committed to achieving the best outcomes for babies and their families.
- Provide compassionate patient and family-centred care, empowering parents throughout their newborn's care journey.
- Develop your neonatal nursing skills in a specialised clinical setting focused on excellence in care and continuous improvement.

- Previous experience working in a Special Care Nursery or neonatal care setting.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills and a family-centred approach to care.
- High attention to detail, adaptability and a commitment to driving positive change and continuous improvement.
Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
- Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant speciality.
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe compassionate quality care that is culturally responsive.
