Location: Anywhere in Australia (100% work from home)

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Type: Full time or Part time (min 3 days a week)

Part-time positions require a minimum commitment of 26-30 hours per week.

About the Role In this role, you'll deliver 1:1 support to families via our digital platform, contribute to resource creation, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of speech therapists, OTs, educators, and BSPs. If you love blending science with soul—and want your work to have scale—this is for you.

What You'll Do

- Provide strengths-based support to autistic children and their families
- Focus on areas like emotional regulation, anxiety, meltdowns, and school-related stressors
- Co-create goals with families that are functional, realistic, and uplifting
- Work closely with other allied health team members to deliver integrated care
- Offer parent coaching sessions that are equal parts science and support
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and ethical practice

Must-Haves

- AHPRA Registration for Psychologists
- Ability to coach parents and communicate in everyday language
- Comfortable using digital tools or online platforms for session delivery
- A heart for neurodiversity, inclusion, and equity in care

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience working in school settings or with adolescents
- Familiarity with PDA, ODD, or co-occurring conditions like ADHD
- Experience or training in CBT, ACT, or trauma-informed approaches
- Lived experience or cultural competency working with diverse communities
- Interest in creating resources, contributing to workshops, or developing content
