About the role:

At the heart of the dealership's vehicle operations, you will play a key part in making sure every car is registered, recorded, and ready to go, giving you real visibility across the business and a genuine sense of ownership over your work.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Processing new and used vehicle registrations accurately, so customers drive away without a hitch
- Maintaining stock records across the dealership's vehicle inventory, giving you oversight of the full vehicle lifecycle
- Coordinating with sales and administration teams to keep vehicle movements tracked and up to date
- Conducting regular stock audits to ensure records match physical inventory, a responsibility that keeps your skills sharp
- Managing compliance documentation, so you build solid knowledge of automotive regulatory requirements
- Supporting the wider team with general administration, adding variety to your week

About You: You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and brings a calm, methodical approach to managing competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

- Experience in a registrations, stock control, or automotive administration role will set you up for success from day one

- Comfortable working with dealer management systems or similar software platforms

- A Queensland open driver's licence is required for this role
