THE ROLE

- Contacting and qualifying warm leads provided by our broker partners and direct customers
- Taking proposals from first enquiry through to settlement
- Building relationships and working closely with brokers and SMEs throughout Australia
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to seek approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policies

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…

- Goals to work in a vibrant sales team
- Solid telephone sales experience in B2B sales Business lending experience (desirable)
- A proven record of managing a pipeline Experience working for a FinTech or in financial services (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to multitask and maintain a swiftly moving pipeline
- An ability to develop strong working relationships with new business and existing customers
- Commercially minded
- Curious, positive & self-starting
- Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships Enter experience criteria
