We are seeking a proactive and organised Release Coordinator to play a key role in delivering technology changes that support Australia's digital health services. This is an excellent opportunity to apply or gain further exposure to enterprise-scale ICT operations, stakeholder engagement, governance and service delivery.

The Australian Digital Health Agency leads the national effort to digitally enable Australia’s health system. We support the delivery of person-centred, connected healthcare through the development and adoption of digital health services and systems. Our work includes managing My Health Record, Electronic prescriptions, and the 1800MEDICARE app, ensuring a healthier future for all Australians through connected healthcare.

As the Release Coordinator, you will work across a diverse range of technology initiatives, coordinating activities that ensure new systems, enhancements and technology changes are successfully delivered into production environments.

You will collaborate with technical experts, project teams, business stakeholders and external service providers to plan and coordinate releases, manage competing priorities, identify risks and support successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating technology releases across major digital health platforms and services.
- Work with a broad range of stakeholders across business and ICT teams.
- Lead planning activities and facilitate meetings that drive delivery outcomes.
- Monitor risks, issues and dependencies and support informed decision-making.
- Prepare briefings, reports and release documentation for governance forums.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational performance

Key Criteria

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex pieces of work and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes within a similar role.
- Effective communication skills, including preparing reports,



briefings and presenting information to diverse audiences.
- Sound judgement, problem-solving ability and experience managing risks and issues.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and ability to work under limited direction.
- ITIL Certification (Desirable)

Eligibility

Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: $101,379 - $114,373 plus 15.4% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
