Role Summary The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) execution. The RTE drives alignment across multiple Agile teams, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures the successful delivery of business outcomes through effective planning, coordination and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 years of experience in Agile delivery, programme management or Scrum leadership roles.
- 3 years of experience as an RTE, Lead Scrum Master or similar role in a scaled Agile environment.
- Solid knowledge of Secure Agile Framework.
- Experience leading large, complex programmes involving multiple Agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Proven experience managing RAID, dependencies and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, influencing and conflict-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs,



Scrum of Scrums, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
- Track and report programme progress, objectives and delivery metrics.
- Support release planning and delivery governance.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment.
- Remove impediments and improve flow across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
- Promote Lean-Agile, DevOps and value-driven delivery practices.

Preferred Skills

- SAFe RTE, SPC or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience delivering Data & Analytics, Cloud or Digital Transformation programmes.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and release management.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
