CoElevate Group is currently recruiting across Religious Education teaching and leadership opportunities within Catholic secondary schools across Melbourne.

These include classroom positions, learning area leadership and broader responsibilities across faith, mission and Catholic identity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

- Teaching Religious Education across Years 7–12
- Creating learning that encourages inquiry, reflection and meaningful engagement with faith
- Contributing to the Catholic identity and wider life of the school
- Leading Religious Education curriculum, teaching and assessment
- Supporting and developing teachers within the learning area
- Coordinating initiatives across faith formation, liturgy, mission or social justice
- Helping connect the school’s Catholic identity with the everyday experience of students and staff

The teaching allocation, leadership responsibilities, tenure and location will be discussed with you before you decide whether to proceed.

What You Will Bring

You will require appropriate secondary teaching qualifications, current VIT registration or eligibility,



and a willingness to support the Catholic identity and mission of the school.

Experience teaching Religious Education in a Catholic secondary setting will be highly regarded. Accreditation requirements vary, so educators who hold, are completing or are prepared to undertake relevant accreditation are encouraged to make contact.

For leadership roles, relevant experience across Religious Education, faith, mission or Catholic identity may be required.
