We’re looking for beautiful humans and skilled hands to join our growing massage and wellness team.

Across Selkie Wellness in Bicheno, Seaview Spa at Piermont Retreat in Swansea and our mobile Massage service, we have a range of opportunities available for Remedial Massage Therapists, Massage Therapists and Spa Therapists.

Whether you’re looking for a permanent role and a sea change, a few regular days each week, seasonal work over the Tasmanian summer, or the freedom of contractor work — we’d love to hear from you.

A little about us

Our treatments bring together skilled therapeutic massage, nervous system support, lymphatic and fascial work, powerful and effective facial treatments, beautiful natural products and thoughtful ritual. We care about the small things — warm treatment beds, hot towels, beautiful spaces, good tea, enough time between clients and treatments that don’t feel rushed or formulaic.

Most importantly, we want our therapists to have the space to do their best work without burning themselves out.

SELKIE WELLNESS — Bicheno Our coastal bodywork and wellness retreat.

Selkie is an intimate massage and wellness studio in Bicheno, alongside our outdoor Wellness Garden with sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and space to slow down.

We’re looking for Remedial Massage Therapists to join us across approximately 3–5 days per week, with weekend availability particularly valuable.

Contractor and casual arrangements are available.

This role is perfect for someone who loves therapeutic bodywork but wants to work somewhere warm, relaxed and personal rather than clinical.

Treatments include Remedial massage, botanical facials, lymphatic treatments and advanced face massage.

SEAVIEW SPA AT PIERMONT — Swansea

Seaview brings together luxury spa ritual with the grounded, therapeutic approach behind Selkie.

Opportunities are available for Spa Therapists, Beauty Therapists and Remedial Massage Therapists, including full-time and casual roles.

Treatments include massage, botanical facials, body rituals, lymphatic treatments and advanced face massage.

FREYCINET MASSAGE — Freycinet & East Coast For therapists who like a little more freedom and variety.

Our mobile therapists travel to beautiful accommodation throughout the Freycinet region and East Coast, delivering high-quality massage to guests in their own space.

This is a contractor or full- time role, ideal for experienced massage therapists or spa therapists.

What you might be doing

Depending on your qualifications and the role you choose, your work may include:

- Remedial, deep tissue and relaxation massage
- Bespoke therapeutic bodywork
- Spa rituals and body treatments
- Botanical facials
- Lymphatic and fascial-focused treatments
- Advanced face massage
- Creating warm, thoughtful and memorable guest experiences
- Working independently while being part of a small, supportive team

Training in our specialised treatments and treatment philosophy is provided.

Who we're looking for

Qualifications will vary depending on the role, but we’d especially love to hear from therapists with a:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy
- Relevant international massage qualification and strong hands-on experience
