Fullon Life is a small remedial massage clinic on Brisbane's northside, between the Virginia-Geebung industrial estate and a run of suburbs that are growing fast.

Our clients are busy people: tradies and shift workers off the estate, parents, people training for something, and people who just need their body to keep up with their life.

We don't do candles-and-cucumber-water wellness. We help people understand what's going on in their own body and give them the tools to run their own health, so they need us less, not more. That's the job.

We're looking for a second therapist, and we're being honest that we haven't decided the exact shape of the role yet. We'd rather meet the right people first and work out the arrangement together than advertise a job that fits nobody.

This is an expression of interest, not a vacancy with a start date.

What The Work Looks Like

- You'll treat clients within the scope of your qualification
- Keep valuable notes
- Talk with people in a way that helps them understand what you've found and what they can do about it between visits
- Know when a room needs conversation and when it needs quiet

A new therapist's client list takes months to build, and we won't pretend otherwise. You Can Expect Some Bookings From The Start, And The Rest Of Your Time Will Be Spent Learning How a Small Clinic Actually Runs, Including
- Front of house and bookings
- Bookkeeping tasks under instruction
- Keeping the rooms and linen to standard
- Helping with our social media

None of these are skills you need to bring. Willingness to learn them is what we're after, and time spent on clinic work is paid time. As your reputation grows in the area, the balance shifts toward the table.

You'll work alongside our senior therapist, with case discussion, observing and being observed,



and help getting your association membership and health-fund provider numbers sorted if you don't have them yet.

Qualifications And Experience

- Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52021), or an earlier equivalent, either completed or in your final term with a completion date you can tell us about
- Right to work in Australia, which we confirm with everyone who joins us
- Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID011)
- Membership of a professional association such as AMT, Massage & Myotherapy Australia or ANTA, or eligibility to join one

No Experience Is Required. This is written for people who are new to the industry or a few years in. What we're assessing instead is whether you're:

- Ambitious
- Keen to learn
- Focused on solving the problem in front of you
- Honest about what you don't know yet
- Good company for clients and colleagues

Before anyone starts with us, and only after we've agreed an arrangement, every therapist completes:
- A National Police Check
- A Blue Card, because we treat people of all ages
- Verification of their qualification

We'll explain each step and cover what it involves when we get there.

What's Decided

- Nobody works unpaid, including trial shifts
- We don't engage in sham contracting
- Any employee arrangement meets the award and superannuation rules
- Clinic hours are 9am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm on Saturday

What's not yet decided, and open to what suits you:
- Whether the role is casual employment or a genuine contractor arrangement
- Your days and hours within our opening times
- How quickly you ramp up
- Which parts of the clinic work you take on first

We'll talk about pay openly once we know which arrangement fits.
