Part-Time | Remote

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations & Export Coordinator to support a growing Australian business working across domestic and international food and beverage markets.

This role would suit someone with experience in food and beverage, logistics, export sales or sales coordination who understands how to keep opportunities moving from initial enquiry through to samples, tender submissions, purchase orders and shipment.

You’ll work closely with the sales team, customers and external partners to coordinate sales activity, manage follow-up and ensure the operational side of the sales pipeline runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Support domestic and export sales activities
- Assist with business development opportunities and sales follow-up
- Coordinate the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to samples, tenders, purchase orders and shipment
- Coordinate and support tender submissions , including gathering required information, pricing, product documentation and supporting materials
- Manage tender deadlines and ensure submissions are complete, accurate and delivered on time
- Coordinate sample requests, dispatch and tracking
- Assist with purchase order management and order coordination
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight providers and logistics partners
- Track shipments and maintain visibility across outstanding orders and deliveries
- Support export documentation and logistics coordination
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, pricing and sales information
- Collate product information, technical specifications and marketing materials
- Manage Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data
- Coordinate customer communications and follow-up actions
- Maintain clear task ownership, deadlines and priorities across multiple projects and markets
- Use project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar to manage workflows, deadlines and follow-up




- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, tender status reports and shipment updates
- Identify delays, missing information or operational issues early and escalate where required
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team

About You

You will ideally have

- Experience within the food and beverage, FMCG, logistics or export sector
- Experience supporting sales, export sales, logistics, account management or business development
- Experience coordinating or preparing tender submissions
- An understanding of the sales and order process, including samples, tenders, purchase orders, freight and shipment tracking
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, customers, projects and priorities at once
- Strong experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly across pricing, documentation, tenders and order information
- A proactive and self-directed approach to remote work
- Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence taking ownership of follow-up across customers, opportunities, tenders, orders and logistics
