DC Physiotherapy in Willoughby (2068) is looking for a motivated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team. We are an established musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinic with a strong local reputation, 200+ Google reviews, an existing patient database and regular opportunities for internal referrals.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys treating a variety of presentations, values great client outcomes and wants to actively build a consistent caseload within a professional and supportive clinic environment.

Morning and afternoon half-day shifts are available, with particularly strong demand for afternoon/evening and Saturday availability.

Typical shifts include

- Morning: 8:00am - 1:00/1:30pm.
- Afternoon: 1:00/1:30pm - 7:00pm.
- Saturday: Morning and afternoons available.

You’ll have access to a fully furnished treatment room, including an electric massage table and complete room set-up, within a modern multidisciplinary clinic.

About You:

- You have permanent Australian work rights with no restrictions (essential).
- You hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage (other qualifications not accepted).
- Any experience level welcome as we value the right attitude and professionalism.
- Driver licence preferred (not essential). Reliable commute to Willoughby is required.
- You are proactive about developing your caseload rather than simply waiting for bookings to appear.
- You enjoy building rapport with clients and understand the importance of providing a consistently high-quality service.
- You are available for regular 5-6 hour morning or afternoon shifts,



with afternoon/evening and Saturday availability highly regarded.
- You are comfortable completing normal clinic administrative responsibilities including rebooking clients, processing payments and completing clinical notes clearly and promptly.

Contractor Arrangement & Remuneration:

This is an independent contractor position and an active ABN is required.



Remuneration is an agreed percentage of revenue generated and will be determined based on factors including your availability, experience and the additional value you bring to your service offering e.g., an existing clientele, consumable (oils and towels), niche treatment skills or preferred contractor set-up.

Important: Contractor remuneration is calculated according to GST status. If you are GST-registered, your percentage will be calculated based on GST-inclusive generated revenue.

Requirements:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance.
- Active ABN or ability to establish one prior to commencing.
- Permanent Australian work rights with no restrictions (essential).
- Registration with a recognised professional association (AMT, ANTA, MMA, ATMS etc.).
- Ability to operate as an independent contractor while being part of a multidisciplinary team.
