Your New Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist team tasked with solving some of the organisation's most complex operational challenges.

You'll work across a substantial portfolio of audit findings, incidents, corrective actions, compliance matters and improvement initiatives, helping the organisation understand where issues are linked, why they continue to occur and what needs to change to prevent them from happening again.

The work goes far beyond reviewing individual actions. You'll be analysing large volumes of information, identifying patterns and recurring themes, investigating root causes and developing practical recommendations that improve processes, controls, governance and business performance. Some issues may appear unrelated on the surface, but your role will be to connect the dots, uncover common drivers and help the organisation focus its efforts on the changes that will have the greatest impact.

You'll be helping an organisation make sense of complex issues,



identify recurring themes and develop practical solutions that improve how the business operates over the long term.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing audit findings, incidents, corrective actions and improvement initiatives across the organisation.
- Identifying patterns, trends and recurring themes across large and often fragmented datasets.
- Conducting root cause analysis to understand why issues continue to occur.
- Assessing whether current remediation activities address the underlying issue or simply treat the symptoms.
- Developing practical, evidence-based recommendations that improve outcomes and reduce future risk.
- Working with stakeholders to validate findings and drive meaningful organisational improvement.

What You'll Need to Succeed We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including Governance, Risk & Assurance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Quality, Safety, Business Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis or Remediation.

What matters most is your ability to:

- Investigate complex business problems and identify underlying causes.
- Analyse large volumes of information and uncover patterns and themes.
- Turn findings into practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Work confidently through ambiguity and engage a range of stakeholders.
- Communicate insights clearly to both operational teams and senior leaders.
