- Master the fundamentals: Properly pack boxes, complete paperwork accurately, load trucks to prevent damage, and follow established procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism: Maintain a tidy appearance, show respect to others,



consistently wear the uniform, and be punctual - while also demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Driver responsibilities: Operate the truck, lead a team, communicate effectively with clients, and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

- MR licence (required) and safe driving record
- Physically fit - comfortable with lifting, walking, and moving large items
- Reliable, motivated, professional, and a true team player with great customer focus
- Flexible with hours, including occasional nights and weekends
