An incredible opportunity has opened for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team at Three Blue Ducks Bellingen.

Located in the beautiful Mid North Coast town of Bellingen, the venue brings together thoughtful food, genuine hospitality and strong connections to local growers, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers. Alongside the restaurant, the venue also hosts weddings, private functions and events, creating a dynamic and rewarding workplace for hospitality professionals.

Leadership & Responsibility

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall front-of-house performance of the venue. You will lead the FOH team, drive service standards and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and events program.

You will report directly to the Group Operations Manager, with an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Events Supervisor reporting into you.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading and managing the front of house team
- Overseeing lunch and dinner service
- Supporting weddings, functions and private events
- Hiring, training and developing a high-performing team
- Managing service standards, rostering and daily operations




- Maintaining strong relationships with guests and suppliers
- Driving venue performance and maintaining operational excellence
- Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About You

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume venue
- Strong food & beverage knowledge and genuine passion for hospitality
- A people-focused leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Calm, confident leadership during busy services
- Wine, cocktail and bar knowledge highly regarded
- Strong financial awareness and ability to manage venue performance
