Job Overview:

Duties include but are not limited too;

- Full accountability of the restaurant operations including financials, inventory management, staff rostering, management & training, workplace and food safety compliance
- Be present and hands on in all areas of the restaurant alongside your team (run the service, serve and interact with our guests)
- Motivate and encourage your team whilst creating a positive working setting and culture

So,



what do you need to be an Restaurant Manager with Five Guys?

- 3+ years experience as an RM in a high volume QSR venue with proven results
- Experience with new restaurant openings is advantageous
- P&L; Management experience (COGs, Labour, Budgeting etc)
- Advanced organisational skills
- Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
- Advanced communication skills with a positive attitude
- Career driven & ambitious with the drive to grow with the business
- Kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work a rotating roster with the management team to ensure equitable distribution of shifts across a 7-day week.
