Restaurant All-Rounder / Cook / Barista

Join our friendly team working in the idyllic setting of the Kawana Lake at Green Zebra. We’re looking for an experienced, reliable hospitality all-rounder who can confidently work across barista, kitchen and customer service duties.

20+ hours available, with adaptable rostering for candidates who may have another job. Think staff meals, discounts, performance bonuses and weekly pool sessions.

Barista Requirements:

- Minimum 12 months’ barista experience
- Confident operating an espresso machine and making quality coffee
- Good knowledge and passion for coffee
- Experience with opening and closing

Chef / Cook Requirements:

- Previous commercial kitchen or café cooking experience




- Confident preparing food in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen

All-Rounder Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, energetic and reliable
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Comfortable chatting with locals and visitors
