Dhanshree Pty Ltd, trading as Donut King Taree, is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operation of our Taree store.

The successful applicant will take responsibility for staff management, rostering, customer service, stock control, sales monitoring and overall store performance.

Duties

- Coordinate daily retail operations.
- Supervise and train employees.
- Prepare staff rosters.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints.
- Monitor sales and operating costs.
- Coordinate stock ordering and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and wastage.
- Maintain store presentation.
- Implement approved promotions.
- Ensure food safety and workplace safety requirements are met.
- Maintain operational records.
- Report to the business owner/director.





Skills and experience Applicants should have demonstrated experience in retail or food-service management and the ability to supervise staff and manage daily store operations.

Robust communication, organisation, customer service and problem-solving skills are required.

Salary: $80,000 per annum + superannuation
