Full-Time Retail Customer Service (Monday - Friday ONLY)

Location: Fetch, Berrimah NT 0828

Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Fetch is the local go-to for thoughtful gifts, Berrimah Post Office, Office Choice store. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, supporting our local community, and keeping our store looking fresh and inviting.

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people, enjoys variety, and takes pride in great customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

- Deliver friendly and knowledgeable service across the range of products and services we offer, including:
- Office Choice office and business supplies to customers both instore and online.
- Australia Post products and services
- TattsLotto as well as Gifts

- Manage instore merchandising so it is visually appealing
- Work with the team to meet sales targets and business goals

- Assist with inventory management
- Jump in and support team members when needed

What we’re looking for:

- Considerable experience in customer service in a fast paced retail environment, with a proven passion for people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive, flexible attitude – happy to help wherever needed




- An eye for detail when it comes to merchandising and displays
- Understanding of (and appreciation for) the challenges of small business
