Thirsty Camel Superstores is excited to be hiring a new liquor store manager for our upcoming store opening in Australind in late October. With a network of 10 stores within this superstore group, your success in this role is ensured with comprehensive training and support from a group operations team.

With an expanding portfolio of operations, we are seeking a capable and passionate Retail Superstar to oversee and co-ordinate the opening of the newest store with the future potential to oversee multiple sites in the region.

Our drive through stores offer a wide range of local and international products across Wine, Beer, Premix & Spirits with a commitment to value and convenience. You will be the face of the store, responsible for the daily operations and nurturing a strong retail team that is focused on consistently delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Approved Managers card, RSA and management experience required. Training will be on-site at our Superstore in Lakelands.

We offer a great working structure of rosters and over-time for any additional hours worked above your 40 contracted hours per week.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated:

- A self-starting drive to run your own store and team, making it your own and defining your success.
- An eye for presentation, ensuring the store is clean, stocked and visually appealing for customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills
- Great knowledge across a wide range of products.
- Minimum 1+ years previous experience managing a Retail Off Premise
- A full understanding of stock control, stock forecasting and ordering
- Cash handling, EFTPOS and cash operating expertise
- Rostering capabilities
- The positive leadership style that inspires and mentors your team to success.
- A strong compliance focus eager to execute everyday with best practice
