About the role

As Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high merchandising standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve sales and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

- Manage all front-of-shop retail operations

- Lead, coach, and develop retail team members

- Deliver exceptional customer service standards

- Drive sales growth and achieve key performance targets

- Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory management

- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy and retail policies and procedures

- Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to provide seamless customer care

About you

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably within pharmacy,



health, beauty, or FMCG sectors

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Experience with inventory management and merchandising

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
