Join the FOH Team at Coomera Lodge Hotel

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join the team at Coomera Lodge Hotel.

This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, has strong gaming knowledge and is confident working across gaming, Keno, TAB and bar operations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide friendly, attentive service to gaming patrons
- Monitor and maintain the gaming room to a high standard
- Assist guests with gaming-related enquiries
- Operate and assist with Keno and TAB
- Prepare and serve beverages and support bar operations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Follow all responsible service, gaming regulations and venue procedures
- Build positive rapport with guests and deliver great customer service
- Support the wider Front of House team as required

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience working in a gaming environment
- Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG or willing to obtain one.
- Has previous bar experience




- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, responsible and professional
- Can confidently work in a busy hospitality environment
- Enjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Is flexible and available across evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Has valid Australian working rights
