- Manage development and support of product offerings for the Alpha Data Platform
- Work closely with Business, Data and Technology Solutions to articulate and document business requirements in agile story form
- Align strategic product development with Alpha strategic goals and key business decisions
- Leverage business analysis frameworks and Business Architecture to develop an integrated enterprise view of the business
- Drive strategic business outcomes
- Create Agile stories based on business requirements
- Work with the development team to see stories through the project lifecycle
- Support Alpha client BAU efforts, project timelines and overall Client Service
- Provide Front to Back product expertise and guidance throughout implementation projects
- Ensure Front-to-Back solutions meet customer and State Street business requirements

Requirements

- Strong business and data analysis skills
- Expertise in functional requirements gathering, documentation and data mapping
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams
- Advanced writing skills, including the ability to abstract/summarize highly detailed information
- Ability to translate customer business needs into application requirements
- Strong experience with technologies related to product implementation and client interaction
- Knowledge of State Street organizational constructs and teams
- Understanding of middle- and back-office systems, functions and services supported at State Street
- Experience as a Business Analyst on medium to large scale projects
- Expertise in data management and governance, including data lineage and data quality management




- Expertise in data pipeline and database technologies, including ETL/ELT tools, SQL Server and Snowflake
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Methodology and tools, including JIRA and Kibana dashboard
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Project and Visio is required
- Minimum BS/BA degree required in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry experience with front, middle and back office functionality and/or data management platforms, such as Eagle, GoldenSource and S&P; EDM
