Job Description

Children's Ground is seeking a WHS Policy & Procedure Officer to lead the development, implementation, and review of organisational WHS policies. You will ensure compliance with WHS regulations and governance across CA, Top End, and Melbourne offices, balancing safety with First Nations cultural needs.

The role emphasises risk management, policy governance, and training delivery, with approximately 50% focus on WHS and 50% on policy development.
