Job Description

Life Without Barriers is hiring a Youth Worker for our Springwood residential care teams in Queensland. This permanent full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, overnights and sleepovers to support children and young people to heal, grow and thrive.

The starting rate is $40.49 per hour plus 12% superannuation, with salary packaging options to maximise take-home pay. Training and career progression are emphasised in a values-driven workplace.
