About the Role

n

This is a hands‐on role where you'll be responsible for day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, data integrity, and driving system improvement projects. You'll also leverage your data analytics skills to deliver meaningful insights that support Macmahon's people frameworks and business decision‐making.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide day‐to‐day support and administration of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development) Maintain high‐quality data, systems and reporting
n
- Troubleshoot system issues and work collaboratively with IT and vendors to resolve them efficiently
n
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices
n
- Configure and optimise system settings, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements
n
- Develop and deliver training materials including reference guides, process maps, and user documentation
n
- Support leaders and HR teams with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting to drive data‐informed decisions
n




- Engage with HR Operations stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions
n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation across People Systems
n
- Maintain protected work practices and support a paperless environment through effective electronic records management
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 3–5 years of hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across key modules
n
- Strong system configuration and support expertise within an HRIS environment
n
- Solid understanding of data governance and security best practices
n
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
n
- A continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying current on SuccessFactors features and updates
n
- Excellent communication skills with a solution‐oriented, resourceful approach to problem‐solving
n
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
n
- Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)

- Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
