About the role

We are looking for a Retail Manager with at least 3 years of experience as a retail manager or relevant experience in handling any retail shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

- Product Management: Determine product mix, manage stock levels, and uphold service standards to meet customer expectations.
- Policy Formulation: Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, setting competitive prices to maximize profitability.
- Promotion and Advertising: Develop and execute advertising strategies to effectively promote our goods and services.
- Sales and Customer Advisory: Sell products and services while providing customers with expert advice on product usage.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Budget Management: Undertake budgeting processes to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
- Staff Management: Control the selection, training, and supervision of staff to create a motivated and efficient team.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and customers.

About you

- At least 3 years of experience as a retail manager or relevant experience in handling retail operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial record keeping.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
