Sales Assistant – Bathroom Products | Immediate Start

Renolink is seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our established team. With over 16 years of experience, Renolink has built a strong reputation as a trusted Sydney supplier of bathroom products, servicing a diverse customer base including trade professionals, renovators and the general public.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while assisting customers with their bathroom product selections.

Key responsibilities include

- Assisting walk-in customers and responding to phone enquiries and orders
- Providing product information and helping customers select suitable bathroom products
- Processing sales and orders accurately through our POS system
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment
- Supporting day-to-day sales activities
- Creating and managing organic social media content for the business
- Contributing positively to the overall success of the sales team

About You

Previous experience in bathroom products, retail or sales will be highly regarded. However, full product and POS training will be provided to the right candidate.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
