About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales/Fitting Representative with an interest in menswear and styling to join our boutique team. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. All consultations are appointment-based, allowing for a tailored and personalised experience with every client.

No prior tailoring experience is required — our experienced team will provide full training in garment knowledge, fabrics, fit, and styling.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with made-to-measure suiting and menswear consultations
- Build strong relationships with professionals and wedding clients
- Develop product knowledge across fabrics, garments, accessories, and footwear
- Understand garment fit, body proportions,



and how fabrics drape on different individuals
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and customer service
- Manage appointments and assist with day-to-day boutique operations
- Work collaboratively within a flexible team environment
- Proactively follow up leads and maximize sales opportunities
