6 weeks | Start this week | Healthcare As the Return to Work Coordinator, you will manage workplace injury and workers compensation cases, coordinate rehabilitation plans, liaise with injured employees, managers and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

About You

- Previous experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, Workers Compensation or Rehabilitation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of workers compensation legislation and RTW practices
- Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Highly organised with a compassionate and proactive approach

Working closely with managers, employees, treating practitioners and insurers, you will coordinate injury management and rehabilitation plans, ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation,



and facilitate safe, timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive skilled who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple cases, and making a positive impact on employee wellbeing within a healthcare environment.
