The Role

This position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or governance, who is eager to broaden their skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation's compliance framework while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities:





- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks

- Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting

- Support risk assessments and control testing activities

- Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met

- Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and escalate issues

- Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials

Your Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, governance, or a similar operational role (financial services preferred).

- Foundational understanding of risk management principles

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of reviewing documentation and conducting gap analyses.

- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures.
