Yabaa Group delivers professional road linemarking and traffic management services across NSW, working with government clients and major Tier 1 contractors.

Due to continued growth and long-term project commitments, we are looking for experienced Road Linemarkers and motivated Labourers to join our night-shift team.

If you have road, civil, construction or traffic control experience and want to develop a career in linemarking, we want to hear from you.

What we offer

- Competitive hourly rates from $42+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

- Training in specialised linemarking equipment and applications

Key responsibilities

- Work as a team to set up traffic and complete linemarking (hybrid role)
- Apply CAP, Preform and Thermoplastic (training available)
- Set up and maintain safe work zones to standards
- Operate and maintain linemarking equipment and vehicles
- Follow WHS procedures and company policies




- Support basic quality systems & site documentation

What We're Looking For Previous linemarking experience is highly regarded, however we will also consider applicants with experience in traffic control, civil construction, road maintenance or similar industries.

- You will need:
- Construction White Card
- Current Traffic Control qualifications
- Current manual driver's licence
- Ability and willingness to work night shift
- Reliable transport to our Western Sydney depot
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to undertake physical outdoor work
- Willingness to travel for NSW projects when required

An MR or HR licence, linemarking experience and previous roadwork experience will be highly regarded. Location: Based from Western Sydney with potential statewide project work.
