OCON Services is currently seeking experienced Roller Operators / Civil Labourers for work on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project in Cooma, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major infrastructure project, working a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with both day and night shifts available.

About the role

Duties may include

- Operating rollers and compacting equipment
- Assisting with civil construction and general labouring duties
- Supporting earthworks and site preparation activities
- Completing daily plant inspections
- Working safely around mobile plant and other site personnel
- Following site procedures and supervisor instructions
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements

Successful applicants should have





- Previous experience operating rollers or working on civil construction sites
- A valid Construction White Card
- A current driver’s licence
- The ability to complete manual labouring duties when required
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to work both day and night shifts
- The ability to work effectively as part of a site-based team
- The ability to pass all required pre-employment and site-entry checks

Relevant plant tickets and previous experience on major civil or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
