3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off FIFO Roster

HSB Resources is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support a major Oil & Gas drilling and completions program.

Working closely with operations and frontline crews, you will provide field-based HSE support across drilling, completions and associated wellsite activities, ensuring critical risks are managed and operational objectives are achieved safely.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within the Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrated experience supporting Drilling & Completions operations
- Strong understanding of permit systems, risk management and contractor management
- Experience conducting audits,



inspections and incident investigations
- Relevant HSE qualification (Certificate IV WHS, Diploma WHS or equivalent)
- Current Driver's Licence
