About the role

As a vital part of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing a high volume of subcontractor invoices each week. Your work ensures timely payments, maintains strong relationships with subcontractors, and supports the smooth operation of our finance function. You’ll manage invoice approvals, supplier reconciliations, and respond to queries, all while contributing to ongoing improvements in our processes and systems.

This role requires precision, strong organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace. You will collaborate closely with the wider finance team to maintain accurate financial records and help deliver excellent service to our suppliers.

About you

We're looking for a switched-on Sales Administrator to join our Developments and Granny Flats team and keep client projects moving smoothly from deal acceptance right through to contract signing.

Sitting at the centre of the division, you'll coordinate the administration of client projects prior to contract execution while providing broad support across our sales and administration functions. Whether it's ancillary dwellings, multi-dwelling developments or subdivision projects, you'll be the person who keeps everything on track in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where accuracy and initiative genuinely make the difference.

Day to day, you'll accept and process new deals from the sales team, running compliance checks for R-codes, covenants and design guidelines, and chasing up any outstanding documentation. You'll prepare and issue contracts via DocuSign, log and follow up finance approvals and certificates of title, and order the reports each project needs. Keeping job tracking accurate is a big part of the role, along with processing cancellations and re-signs, distributing post-PPA variations to estimating and drafting, and producing the weekly job tracking reports the team relies on.
