About the role THE STANDARD. is a premium residential agency in Queensland. We grow on referrals, not advertising, and we sell every home as if it were our own.

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is a superstar in the making: someone who wants to grow into running the entire sale, and who will help us sell properties quickly. You start by owning the buyer side of every campaign, working directly with Steve Jones, licensee, on every listing we run. The job in one line: find the buyers, get them through the property, bring back qualified written offers.

What your week looks like

Most of it is buyers, not cold calls. Enquiry, call-backs, open homes, private inspections, follow-up, qualifying, and presenting offers. The rest is keeping the campaign moving: the database, the diary, building and pest, the paperwork that gets a contract to settlement. You will not be prospecting for someone else's listings all day.

How you are measured

One number: qualified written offers per campaign. Not activity, not opens, not calls. Offers. Once targets are hit, bonuses and commission are paid on top of your base.

Where this goes The vision for this seat is an agent who runs the whole sale end to end. The path is written down, not implied.

1. Own the buyer side. Every campaign, every buyer, every offer.
2. Sit beside the licensee on the vendor side: appraisal, pricing, the listing presentation, the launch.
3. Once your buyer-side sales targets are hit, your own listings.
4. Run campaigns end to end, from appraisal to settlement, with the licensee behind you.

What you get

- $60,000 to $70,000 plus super,



with bonuses and commission once targets are hit.

What you bring

- A current Queensland real estate salesperson Registration Certificate. This is the floor.
- A record of results in a role where people said yes or no to you. Real estate experience is welcome, not required.
- Superstar on the phone and at the door. You follow up when others stop.
- Clear, correct written English. Our brand is understated and accurate, and so is our follow-up.
- A drivers licence and reliable car.

Who this is not for If you want to list and sell from day one, or you need to be told what to do each morning, this is not the role. If you want to learn the whole sale by owning one half of it properly first, it is.
