Role Description The Sales Attendant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubbo, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home as appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and supporting them in selecting suitable products and services. The role involves processing sales transactions, updating customer information in internal systems, and maintaining accurate records of orders and follow-ups.

The Sales

Attendant will help keep sales areas organized, ensure promotional materials are up to date, and assist with basic stock checks.



This position also requires collaborating with colleagues, following company procedures, and contributing to sales targets through professional and courteous customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers professionally and clearly.
- Basic sales and merchandising abilities, including experience handling point-of-sale systems and supporting promotional activities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer requests and routine administrative tasks.
