Based in the heart of South Brisbane, you'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team helping buyers navigate one of life's most important decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the customer journey by managing enquiries and communications in a timely and qualified manner.
- Professionally present apartments to achieve sales and KPI’s.
- Build rapport and use approved sales strategies to manage purchaser expectations and uphold value of Stockwell properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Stockwell CRM system, ensuring all prospect information is recorded correctly.
- Liaise with purchasers, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and timely settlement of Contracts.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and the Stockwell Living Team to achieve business objectives.

About You:



In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

- A current Real Estate Sales Certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years in a Real Estate sales environment.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently close deals.
- A solid understanding of buyer needs and market conditions.
- Flexibility to travel for listings and client appointments as required.
