A day in the life…

You're a driven Sales Coordinator playing a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Toowoomba, on a casual basis, by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across our broadcast TV and digital channels.

You'll work closely with the broader sales team and report directly to a Sales Executive in Toowoomba. You'll join a dynamic environment where you'll interact with key clients and stakeholders,



supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

What You'll Do

- Process and manage linear television and digital bookings
- Assist in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals
- Deliver and manage multiple advertising campaigns
- Maintain client and revenue records
- Develop and strengthen key client and business relationships
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team

What You'll Bring You're an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to grow a career in media. You'll also have:

- Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing etc.)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive work ethic and a strong team focus
- A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation
