Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) contract role at Voicing AI is a remote position focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching target accounts, conducting outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up.

The SDR will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored outreach, schedule discovery calls or demos, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.



This role also involves gathering prospect feedback, contributing to pipeline forecasts, and continuously refining messaging to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced tech environment with high ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools; ability to analyze basic sales metrics.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions; previous B2B tech sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving processes.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or related fields.
