SALES DIRECTOR | INSURTECH & INSURANCE (ANZ)

Our client is a fast-growing insurance technology provider delivering SaaS/PaaS solutions and API-driven middle-office architecture to insurers across the region. We're looking for a driven, technically credible sales professional to lead recent business growth across ANZ.

Reporting into senior leadership, the Sales Director will own prospecting, client acquisition, and deal closing for the region.

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from qualification through to close
- Present and position the company's SaaS/PaaS and API offerings to insurance clients
- Lead negotiations and work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding




- Track market and competitor trends to sharpen sales strategy
- Manage key client relationships and act as their main point of contact
- Consistently meet or exceed ARR targets and quotas

You should bring 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a technical or insurance-related background, with solid understanding of SaaS/PaaS, integrations, APIs, and middle-office architecture.
