Role Description The Sales Manager role at Pride Insulation is an on-site position based in Sunshine West, VIC. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, responding to inquiries, and developing recent business opportunities with residential clients.

The Sales

Manager will conduct site visits and consultations, work closely with the estimating team for quotes and proposals, and follow up to close sales and ensure a smooth handover to operations.



They will collaborate with installation and customer service teams to maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and support repeat business. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated minimum 5 years experience in sales management, within construction, building products, or related trades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting client consultations, negotiating, and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clear, customer-friendly solutions and proposals.
- Competence in basic business and administrative tasks, including documentation, and reporting.
- Proactive, organized work style with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insulation products, building energy efficiency requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Valid working rights/visa, driver’s license and willingness to attend on-site client meetings as required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity is an advantage.
