Essential Functions of The Job

We are looking for Risk Consultant for a contract of 12 months role based out of Sydney

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Skills and Responsibilities

- S&OP; finance lead – Provide monthly visibility, analyses and insights to the business teams and leadership on latest financial forecast and Business Team view (through Risks and Opportunities consolidation), then translate the aligned submission forecast into inputs to Hyperion Essbase forecasting tool (GCUT).

- Drive end to end company Underlying Price Growth (UPG) for actuals and forecast – replicating UPG calculation using price position, working with finance business partners to gather comments and adjustments for forecast submission, then convert aligned view to GCUT inputs.

- Responsible for ensuring integrity of forecasting tools and files – manage Global Cash Up Tool (GCUT) data interface accuracy and rules, maintain offline P&L; forecast file and ensure YTD reconciliation with BW and iFinance systems.

- Responsible for several business performance reporting requirements, such as Ben & Jerry's P&Ls;, Team brief presentation, ANZ Core of the Core, historical P&Ls;, and other ad hoc requirements.





- Supporting the Finance Excellence Team Lead to drive the Annual Financial Planning process, engaging with Business teams on the process and deliverables and consolidate business teams inputs into total ANZ view.

- Responsible for Total Working Capital (TWC) process, including monthly actuals and quarterly forecast submissions – liaise with stakeholders to gather TWC actuals and forecast inputs (including spreads portion) and provide insights to Finance Director on tracking versus target

- Look for simplification and efficiencies in the processes whilst improving the quality of delivery to stakeholders.

- Cross Functional Category Team: Finance Business Partners, Category Managers, Business Unit Leads.

- Sales Excellence Team.

- Hyperion Global Cash Up Tool regional and support team.

- Finance Excellence Team.

- Total Working Capital related – Inventory Analyst, AR and AP controllers, Regional Finance Controllers.

Required Skills

- Autonomous, proactive and problem solving.

- Sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills.

- Robust analytical skills including Intermediate to advanced Excel & SAP (BW).

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or working towards.

Desirable Experience

- Previous commercial/business partnering experience

- Management Accountant/FP&A; Experience

- Experience using Hyperion Essbase.
