About the Opportunities

These are primarily phone based sales positions involving a combination of warm inbound enquiries, existing leads and outbound customer engagement. You’ll speak with customers across Australia, understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services that deliver genuine value.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Responding to digital enquiries and incoming customer calls
- Building rapport and identifying individual customer needs
- Presenting tailored products and solutions
- Following up with prospective customers and closing sales
- Handling questions and objections confidently
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records within the CRM
- Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs

About You

- Previous sales or customer service experience, whether phone-based,



call centre or face-to-face
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
