About you

- Strong sales and negotiation skills,



with the ability to identify leads, close deals, and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Customer relationship management skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a service-focused approach
- Basic knowledge or interest in transport and logistics operations, including freight solutions and compliance considerations
- Competence with digital tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and spreadsheets for tracking leads, activities, and results
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a part-time, hybrid work environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to attend in-person meetings in the Greater Brisbane Area as required
