What will you be doing?

n

- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial, domestic and strata clients
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and referral partners
n




- Provide qualified insurance advice and deliver exceptional client outcomes
n
- Support complex commercial placements and client strategies
n
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities
n
- Develop and grow your own referral network
n
- Leverage existing referral opportunities while creating new ones
n
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brokerage
n

What do you need?

n

n
- Tier 1 or Diploma in Insurance Broking – essential
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in General Insurance Broking
n
- Strong commercial insurance broking experience
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
n
- Experience with CBS, Sunrise and insurer platforms highly regarded
n
- Commercial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a portfolio
