About the Role

n

As Head Chef, you'll lead all kitchen operations and play a key role in maintaining the venue's reputation for quality food and service.
n Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team
n
- Managing daily kitchen operations and service periods
n
- Menu planning and seasonal menu development
n
- Food cost control, stock management, and ordering
n




- Ensuring food safety and compliance standards are maintained
n
- Driving consistency, quality, and presentation across all offerings
n
- Recruiting and training kitchen staff as required
n

Your Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
n
- Experience working in busy pubs, bistros, hotels, or high-volume venues
n
- Strong leadership and team development skills
n
- Solid understanding of rostering, food costing, and stock control
n
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
n
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
n
- A passion for quality food and delivering great customer experiences
n
