Our client, a leading software company, is seeking a motivated Support Consultant to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will:

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product information

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up

- Collaborate with the service and administration teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Previous experience in dealership administration or similar administrative roles (essential)
