Job Description

Australian Red Cross is seeking a Senior Manager to lead payroll, remuneration and advantages from Adelaide, SA. You will drive strategy, governance and delivery of payroll services, while guiding a major Dayforce implementation and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll obligations.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, Legal and executives to shape remuneration frameworks and enhance the employee value proposition, with a strong focus on risk management
