PERSONAL CARER – HEIDEN PARK LODGE

UPA is looking for Personal Carers to join our team at Heiden Park Lodge.
n
We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities available and are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of our residents.
n
Due to the cultural and language needs of our resident community, candidates who speak Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Vietnamese are strongly encouraged to apply. These language skills are highly valued but are not essential.

The Role
n
As a Personal Carer, you will:
n
n
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care
n
- Assist residents with daily living activities
n
- Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity
n
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
n
- Assist with medication where appropriately trained and assessed
n
- Work closely with our clinical and care teams
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care,
or currently working towards it
n
- A genuine passion for aged care
n
- Compassionate and reliable approach
n
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
- Previous aged care experience highly regarded
n
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
n
n
